What everything revolves around.
Production chassis.
The production chassis Volvo FE electric features 2 electric motors for driving. Additionally, a supplementary electric motor is installed as a secondary drive (E-PTO: E-Power Take Off) for ladder operations.
The aerial rescue structure.
The 5-section, fully automatic ladder set with tiltable basket arm is suitable for operations in confined spaces and boasts a considerable action radius in proximity. Working height reaches up to 32 m.
Constantly monitored.
A weighing system using 3D load measurement via load pins ensures a continuous measurement of the loads and forces acting on the ladder set. The load eye at the lower ladder carries up to 4 t, and at the ladder tip, up to 650 kg.
The rescue cage.
The rescue cage HR-500 MF with a removable multifunctional column, a permanently mounted water pipe for the RM8 water cannon, and 500 kg payload has 4 entrances, with the cage front fully opening. The cage bottom features a 360° rotatable mount for stretchers with 300 kg payload.
Automatic functions.
The structure of the L32A-XS electric includes features such as the Target Memory System (TMS) and the Vertical Rescue System (VRS). Optionally, the turntable ladder can also be equipped with the Rosenbauer CrossControl (RCC).
Standardized charging.
Depending on the infrastructure, charging can be done with direct or alternating current. The European charging standard applies: CCS Combo Type2. The charging plug on the driver's side also serves for maintaining charge in the equipment room.
